Notice regarding the conduct of open competitive examination for recruitment

As per the Staff Service, Terms, and Conditions Regulation, 2075 (with amendments in 2080), Rastriya Beema Company Limited is announcing vacancies for various positions to be filled through an open competitive examination. Interested and eligible candidates are requested to apply online via the company’s official website www.rbcl.gov.np/career within the deadline mentioned below.

Important Information:

1. Service Type: Permanent

2. Salary, Benefits, and Terms: As per Rastriya Beema Company Limited Staff Service Rules, 2075 (including amendments of 2080)

3. Age Limit:

   • For Officer Level: 21 years completed and not exceeding 35 years (40 years for female candidates)

   • For Assistant Level: 18 years completed and not exceeding 35 years (40 years for female candidates)

   • No age limit for existing employees of the company

4. Examination Period: 1 year (may extend by 6 months if required)

5. Examination Type: Written exam, Computer skill test (for Assistant Level), Interview

7. Deadline for Application Submission:

   • Normal deadline: 2082/02/21

   • Extended (with double fee): 2082/02/28

8. Examination Fee:

   • Officer Level: Rs. 1000 (additional Rs. 400 per extra position)

   • Assistant Level: Rs. 400 (additional Rs. 200 per extra position)

Additional Notes:

• Separate advertisement numbers for inclusive categories must be clearly mentioned.

• Applications must be submitted separately for inclusive and open categories.

• One candidate can apply in multiple inclusive categories, but must submit separate applications.

Reservation Categories:

a) Inclusion Reservation: Candidates from disadvantaged, indigenous nationalities, Madhesi, Dalit, differently-abled, women, and backward regions as defined by laws are eligible.

Major Forms of Literature

• Poetry – Expresses emotions and ideas through rhythm, meter, and figurative language. (e.g., sonnets, Ballad, Epics, Ode etc) 
• Prose – Written in ordinary language without a rhythmic structure . The prose includes a story, novels, short stories, essays, travelling blog, letter etc. 
• Drama – Literature written for performance, including plays and scripts. It can be either prose or verse form.

Functions of Literature

Regarding the Examination Process and Application Guidelines

Types of Examinations:

• Written Examination

• Interview

• Practical Test (if applicable)

Medium of Examination:
The examination can be taken in Nepali, English, or both Nepali and English.

Mode of Application Submission:
Candidates must apply online through the application system linked with the official advertisement. The application should be submitted via the online portal at http://ppsconline.sudurpashchim.gov.np. Detailed instructions and guidelines can be accessed at https://psc.sudurpashchim.gov.np/.

Deadline for Application Submission:

• Normal deadline: 2082/02/08 (B.S.)

• With double fee (late submission): 2082/02/15 (B.S.)

Age Requirements for Applicants:
As of 2082/02/08 (B.S.):

• For general male candidates: Must be at least 21 years old and not older than 35 years.

• For women and disabled candidates: Must not exceed 40 years.

• For Health Service Group: Must be between 21 to 45 years of age.

Note: There is no age limit for permanent civil servants from the Federal Civil Service, any Province Civil Service, or Local Level Civil Service. However, such candidates must submit a verified statement from their current office along with the application.

Application Fee:

• For seventh-level positions: NPR 1000/-

• For each additional inclusive group applied for: NPR 400/-

• For each additional advertisement applied for: NPR 400/-

Methods for Fee Payment:
After submitting the application via the online system:

1. Go to "My Application" and click "All Application"

2. Click on "Pay" for the relevant advertisement.

3. Choose Online Payment, select the appropriate wallet, and provide username and password to complete the payment.

For Offline Payment:

1. Generate a voucher by clicking "Click here" under Offline Payment.

2. Print and pay the specified amount at the designated bank mentioned in the voucher.

Note: Once submitted for a specific advertisement, the application cannot be edited, added to, or reduced.

Fee Submission Deadline:
After submitting the online application, the fee must be deposited by the end of the last date (normal or late) within office hours using the generated Master ID and Transaction Reference Number. If the deadline falls on a holiday, the fee can be paid on the next working day.

Documents to be Uploaded:
Applicants must upload the following in the specified format:

• Academic qualifications

• Training certificates

• Experience letters

• Professional registration certificates (if applicable)

• Inclusive group certificates

All documents must be uploaded in PDF format. Additionally:

• Citizenship front and back, recent passport-sized photo, and signature must be uploaded in JPG format.

• Applications without proper formatting or required uploads may be rejected or admit cards may not be issued.

2. Examination Schedule:

• The scheduled date and time for the written examination (general) is 2081/02/17 at 9:00 AM.

• The date of the written examination (subject-specific) will be published along with the result of the general examination.

3. Examination Center:

• The examination center will be mentioned in the admit card.

• Candidates must use black ink ballpoint pens for filling the answer sheets.

• They must bring the admit card, original citizenship certificate, or any government-issued identification document (such as a driving license, national identity card, or passport) for verification.

• Candidates who fail to bring the required documents will not be allowed to sit for the examination.

• Further details about the examination will be provided in the admit card and official notifications.

4. Application Fee & Deadline:

• Application fee: NPR 700 for one subject.

• Application submission deadline: 2081/01/19 (without late fee).

• Extended deadline (with late fee): 2081/01/26.

• Additional fee for each extra subject: NPR 200 per subject.
