Notice Regarding Open and Inclusive Competitive Examination

In accordance with the approval received from the Public Service Commission, Nepal Telecommunications Company Limited (NTC) invites online applications from eligible Nepali citizens to fill vacant positions through open and inclusive competitive examinations, as per the Employee Regulations, 2078 (with amendments).

Important Information:

• Applications must be submitted online only.
• Applicants must upload all required documents in the prescribed format.
• Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected.
• Selection will be conducted through written examination and other stages as per Public Service Commission procedures.

Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City has been operating the Skill and Employment Service Center Program with the objective of providing skill-based training and employment opportunities to youths who have returned from foreign employment due to the Covid-19 pandemic and to unemployed youths within the Sudurpaschim Province.

According to the Local Service (Formation and Operation) Act, 2079, applications are invited from eligible candidates for permanent appointment to the posts of the following service, group, and sub-group under the fifth level of the Local Service through an open and inclusive competitive examination.

Candidates who meet the minimum prescribed qualifications may submit their online application through the Commission’s online application system at:

Candidates selected through the competitive examination will be recommended to the concerned local level bodies based on their order of merit.

Normal deadline: 2082/09/01

With double fee: Up to 2082/09/08

Age Limit of Candidates:

As of 2082/09/01, candidates must:Have completed 18 years and not exceeded 35 years.

For women and persons with disabilities, the upper age limit is 40 years.

For posts under the Health Service, candidates must be 18–45 years.

The age limit does not apply to currently permanent employees of the Federal Government, Provincial Government, or Local Government.

Application Fee:

Rs. 700 for each advertisement.

For inclusive categories, an additional Rs. 200 per group.

For additional sub-groups/letters, an additional Rs. 200 each.

Deadline for Paying the Fee:

Up to 2082/09/09

(If it falls on a public holiday, payment must be made on the next working day during office hours.)
