Regarding the Examination Process and Application Guidelines

Medium of Examination:
The examination can be taken in Nepali, English, or both Nepali and English.
Mode of Application Submission:
Candidates must apply online through the application system linked with the official advertisement. The application should be submitted via the online portal at http://ppsconline.sudurpashchim.gov.np. Detailed instructions and guidelines can be accessed at https://psc.sudurpashchim.gov.np/.
Deadline for Application Submission:

Normal deadline: 2082/02/08 (B.S.)

With double fee (late submission): 2082/02/15 (B.S.)
Age Requirements for Applicants:
As of 2082/02/08 (B.S.):
-
For general male candidates: Must be at least 21 years old and not older than 35 years.

For women and disabled candidates: Must not exceed 40 years.
-
For Health Service Group: Must be between 21 to 45 years of age.
Note: There is no age limit for permanent civil servants from the Federal Civil Service, any Province Civil Service, or Local Level Civil Service. However, such candidates must submit a verified statement from their current office along with the application.
Application Fee:

For seventh-level positions: NPR 1000/-
-
For each additional inclusive group applied for: NPR 400/-
-
For each additional advertisement applied for: NPR 400/-
Methods for Fee Payment:
After submitting the application via the online system:
-
Go to "My Application" and click "All Application"
-
Click on "Pay" for the relevant advertisement.

Choose Online Payment, select the appropriate wallet, and provide username and password to complete the payment.
For Offline Payment:
-
Generate a voucher by clicking "Click here" under Offline Payment.
-
Print and pay the specified amount at the designated bank mentioned in the voucher.
Note: Once submitted for a specific advertisement, the application cannot be edited, added to, or reduced.
Fee Submission Deadline:
After submitting the online application, the fee must be deposited by the end of the last date (normal or late) within office hours using the generated Master ID and Transaction Reference Number. If the deadline falls on a holiday, the fee can be paid on the next working day.
Documents to be Uploaded:
Applicants must upload the following in the specified format:

Professional registration certificates (if applicable)

Inclusive group certificates
All documents must be uploaded in PDF format. Additionally:

Citizenship front and back, recent passport-sized photo, and signature must be uploaded in JPG format.

Applications without proper formatting or required uploads may be rejected or admit cards may not be issued.
