As per the Staff Service, Terms, and Conditions Regulation, 2075 (with amendments in 2080), Rastriya Beema Company Limited is announcing vacancies for various positions to be filled through an open competitive examination. Medium of Examination:
The examination can be taken in Nepali, English, or both Nepali and English.

Mode of Application Submission:

Age Requirements for Applicants:
As of 2082/02/08 (B.S.):

• For general male candidates: Must be at least 21 years old and not older than 35 years.

• For women and disabled candidates: Must not exceed 40 years.

• For Health Service Group: Must be between 21 to 45 years of age.

Note: There is no age limit for permanent civil servants from the Federal Civil Service, any Province Civil Service, or Local Level Civil Service. However, such candidates must submit a verified statement from their current office along with the application.

• For seventh-level positions: NPR 1000/-

• For each additional inclusive group applied for: NPR 400/-

• For each additional advertisement applied for: NPR 400/-

Methods for Fee Payment:
After submitting the application via the online system:

1. Go to "My Application" and click "All Application"

2. Click on "Pay" for the relevant advertisement.

3. Choose Online Payment, select the appropriate wallet, and provide username and password to complete the payment.

For Offline Payment:

1. Generate a voucher by clicking "Click here" under Offline Payment.

2. Print and pay the specified amount at the designated bank mentioned in the voucher.

Note: Once submitted for a specific advertisement, the application cannot be edited, added to, or reduced.

Fee Submission Deadline:
After submitting the online application, the fee must be deposited by the end of the last date (normal or late) within office hours using the generated Master ID and Transaction Reference Number. If the deadline falls on a holiday, the fee can be paid on the next working day.

Instructions and Guidelines:

1. Objective Section:

• For the objective (multiple-choice) portion of the General Examination, a duration of 1 hour is fixed.
• For each wrong answer in the objective section, 20% of the marks allocated for that question will be deducted. No penalty will be imposed for unanswered questions.

2. Subject Amendments:

   • In this scheme, if there are any modifications, amendments, or deletions in the subject content (such as laws, rules, or policies) that have been revised three months prior to the examination, such changes will be considered as part of this scheme.

3. Marking Consistency:

   • The same marking scheme will be applied to all subjects in the General Examination as advertised.

4. Advancement to Subject-wise Examination:

   • Candidates who qualify in the General Examination will be called for the Subject-wise Examination.

5. Final Result Calculation:

   • For candidates who qualify in the Subject-wise Examination, 50% of the marks obtained in the General Examination will be added to the Written Examination result.

6. Examination Levels:

   • The examinations for both the lower secondary and higher secondary levels will be conducted as scheduled.

7. Effective Date:

• This scheme is effective from २०७६/११/०१ (Nepali Date).

New vacancy for the post of Forest Guard ( गण्डकी प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग वन रक्षक पद को विज्ञापन 2081 )

As per the Gandaki Provincial Civil Service Act, 2079, applications are invited from eligible candidates for the permanent recruitment of the Forest Guard position under the Provincial Forest Service, General Forestry Subgroup, Third Level through an open and inclusive competitive examination. Candidates meet the prescribed minimum qualifications must submit their applications online through the Provincial Public Service Commission's Online Application System at http://onlineppsc.gandaki.gov.np. 

Candidates who qualify in the written examination and physical fitness test will be shortlisted for an interview based on their merit ranking. The final selection of candidates will be determined based on the combined score of the written examination, physical fitness test, and interview, after which the list of selected candidates will be recommended to the concerned authority for appointment.

Details of the Examination and Application Process for Forest Guard Recruitment

Examination Format:

The selection process will include:

• Written Examination (Objective Multiple-Choice Questions - OMR Sheet)
• Physical Fitness Test
• Interview (As per the prescribed syllabus)

Application Submission Method:

• Applications must be submitted online for all positions mentioned in the advertisement.
• Candidates should submit their applications through the Provincial Public Service Commission's Online Application System at https://onlineppsc.gandaki.gov.np.
• Detailed instructions for the application process are available on the Commission’s website.

Application Deadline:

• Regular Application Submission Deadline: 2081/10/29
• Extended Deadline with Double Fee: 2081/11/06

Age Requirements:

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 35 years as of 2081/10/29.
• For female and differently-abled candidates, the upper age limit is 40 years.

Application Fee:

• NPR 400/- for the main application.
• Candidates applying under additional inclusive categories must pay an additional NPR 100/- per category.

Documents to Upload:

Candidates must upload the following documents in the designated section of the online application system:

1. Educational Qualification Certificates (Mark sheet and Character Certificate)
2. Relevant Documents for Inclusive Category Eligibility (as per the advertisement)
3. Citizenship Certificate (both front and back sides, scanned and uploaded in JPG format)
4. All documents must be uploaded in PDF format except for the citizenship certificate.
